ORDER

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars.

Please note that the cart and checkout system has not been activated yet, order(s) are to be placed through the contact form or email. You will receive an invoice from us after sending through your order. Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours timeframe. 

Please also check your junk/spam inboxes just in case any of our emails land up there.
 

BACKORDER ORDERS
Your order will be verified & mailed when the stocks arrive. 
Please refer to the backorder product page or contact us for a gauge of when your item will reach you.

PAYMENT MATTERS

Currently, YOURHYPEBAE only accepts POSB/DBS bank transfers and FAST transfers for participating local banks.

For all ATM payments, we will require a clear snapshot of the ATM receipt with your email address and order number written on it.

 

No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.

YOURHYPEBAE reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details. 

 

In order to secure your purchase, you must provide us with your payment details within the stipulated time frame as below:

All our local and international parcels are being facilitated by Singpost.

For SingPost, you can enquire about your packages here or call them at 1605 (local) or +65 6841 2000 (overseas).

We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Thus, YOURHYPEBAE only offers these modes of delivery:

Registered mails usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

Please contact us to arrange an appointment before coming down to our office, or meet up to our convenience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through YOURHYPEBAE website or carousell.

YOURHYPEBAE checks every piece of merchandise before we mail them out.


We apologize for mailing you a wrong item, please take a snapshot of the item and forward to us at yourhypebae@gmail.com

CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. There is defect in our merchandise. This is only applicable for items mailed out. For self-collection or meet ups, please check the merchandise on the spot as we will not be liable for any defects upon purchase.
     

  2. Wrong merchandise size or color shipped.

WHAT IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT ME:

We do not do exchange for items that does not fit as measurements are clearly provided on our site. Please kindly ensure that you have ordered the correct size with us.

HOW DO I RETURN THE FAULTY ITEM:

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

YOURHYPEBAE strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability, we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Customers are to bear the shipping costs.

 

For items that are deem defected by YOURHYPEBAE, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock.

 

In the event that the item is out of stock, YOURHYPEBAE will allow it to be exchanged to another item of equal or higher value (top-up required).

Alternatively, a full refund will be issued back to you.
